This distinguished ceremonial-grade matcha has been meticulously selected by Fushin’an’s Mushanokoji-sōshō (Myōsai Sōshō), the 15th grand tea master of the Omotesenke tradition, reflecting the highest standards of tea craftsmanship.

Tonouchi no Mukashi represents an extraordinary koicha (thick tea) blend, specifically designed for formal tea ceremonies and gatherings. It delivers a deeply nuanced and layered umami flavor profile, accompanied by a smooth, rich, and full-bodied texture. Kanbayashi Shunsho
