Minimum order value (MOV)
As a B2B wholesale provider catering to other businesses, we mandate a minimum order value (MOV) of CHF 300.00 ($400/£280) from our clients.
Matcha Restocking Information
Should the product be available in our inventory, we will dispatch it immediately. Nevertheless, owing to the present conditions in the matcha market, restocking may be postponed by two weeks to one month. We thank you for your patience as we endeavor to replenish our premium matcha to satisfy customer demand.
Given the present circumstances, we follow the "first come, first served" principle for all our customers.
Shipping Locations
• Orders for clients within the European Union are shipped from our warehouse situated in Reichstett, France.
Express shipping fee: CHF 30.00 ($40/£28)
• Orders for clients in the United States are dispatched from our warehouse situated in North Richland Hills, Texas, USA.
Express shipping fee: CHF 30.00 ($40/£28)
• Orders for clients situated in other regions globally are dispatched from our warehouse based in Etoy, Switzerland.
Express shipping fee: CHF 40.00 ($50/£38)
We provide free shipping for all orders exceeding CHF 500 ($650/£470).
Please be advised that shipments are made worldwide, excluding the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
Our longstanding shipping partner collaborates with DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and Swiss Post to determine the most efficient and expedient shipping method based on the destination country.
Order Processing
Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, provided the items are in stock. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment until delivery.
Customs & Tariffs
For orders within the European Union and the United States, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees have been prepaid and are incorporated into the price paid by our customers.
For shipments outside the United States and the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable according to your country's regulations.
