Sazumi Mukashi (Ceremonial Matcha for Koicha)  

The name Sazumi Mukashi originates from the Edo period, a time when certain years experienced the early sprouting of tea buds, and this particular matcha was crafted from those prematurely harvested leaves.  

As a koicha, or thick tea, Sazumi Mukashi embodies all the qualities one would expect from a premium, high-grade thick tea.
