Konomi-No-Shiro (Ceremonial Matcha)
This distinguished matcha is named to pay tribute to Kobori Enshū, the esteemed tea connoisseur who lived during the period of the second Tokugawa Shogun. Renowned for his preference for light-coloured and exceptionally high-quality teas, Kobori Enshū's legacy is honoured through this blend. Konomi no Shiro holds the position of the second highest-grade matcha within the Kanbayashi usucha collection, exemplifying refined taste and superior craftsmanship.
